We are searching for an organized, self-motivated Administrative Assistant. This role is an integral part of helping us meet our mission. Other qualities we need include:

Essential Functions
• Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence.
• Perform Notary Public duties.
• Prepare receipts for abstracts.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
• Assist in analyzing applicants financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants credit histories, corporate financial statements and other financial information.
• Assist In reviewing loan documents to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
• Ensure each loan submitted has the required paperwork, tickets signature, ect., to reduce the possibility of loss and assist in the efficient processing of the loan.
• Assist officers in working exceptions, future maturity lists, and maintaining spreadsheets.
