Essential Functions
Prepare reports, memos, and other correspondence.
Perform Notary Public duties.
Prepare receipts for abstracts.
Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
Assist in analyzing applicants financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants credit histories, corporate financial statements and other financial information.
Assist In reviewing loan documents to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
Ensure each loan submitted has the required paperwork, tickets signature, ect., to reduce the possibility of loss and assist in the efficient processing of the loan.
Assist officers in working exceptions, future maturity lists, and maintaining spreadsheets.
