Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day interactions with financial professionals and respond to service-related inquiries.

• Field telephone calls and customer inquiries, addressing and resolving customer issues.

• Support service delivery for multiple products using various systems.

• Communicate with account holders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer questions and process transactions.

• Follow departmental processes to process transactions and provide information and solutions to customers.

• Maintain a broad understanding of financial services products, industry terms, and product-related statements.

Requirements
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• Previous customer service experience required.

• Intermediate or above level proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft Office products, and typing required.

• FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration desired, but not required.
