Job Description Job Description: GREE Ductless Equipment (Tradewinds Climate Systems) seeks a Technical Advisor to provide customers with industry-best technical support on Ductless systems. We're growing very fast and the ideal candidate will be a critical part to our future success in the Ductless market! Responsibilities: • Provide technical support via telephone and email to assist in solving technical problems associated with the installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of Ductless products and systems. • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers and co-workers. • Capture, enters, and manages information data in computer in a timely manner. • Provide in-field technical support assistance if customer issues cannot be resolved via telephone. And here is what you will need to be successful: Work Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: • Extensive knowledge of Single Zone and Multi Zone Ductless equipment. • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in the HVAC field. • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a ductless technical support role. • Results-oriented and highly organized self-starter with the ability to master complex technical data. • Ability to read and understand wiring schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams. • Proficient written and verbal communication skills to communicate in a clear, friendly manner. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, Spanish and any other language bilingual a plus. • Must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1 hour lunch)
