Overview and Core Competencies
• Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of national account portfolio management under the direction of assigned National Account Manager(s).
• Actively contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience, fostering longterm partnerships, and ensuring account retention.
• Assist in production planning, strategy development, and process optimization to drive efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
• Leverage technology and existing platforms to streamline client engagement and interdepartmental coordination.
• Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, time management, and multitasking skills to ensure success in a fastpaced environment.

Functions and Responsibilities
• Collaborate daily with assigned National Account Management team to support client needs and event production.
• Maintain proactive client communication, ensuring smooth planning and seamless event production.
• Develop and oversee production timelines, ensuring all client milestones and deliverables are met.
• Assist with floor plan development, event space planning, and coordination of fire marshal submission protocols.
• Support coordination with venues and key stakeholders to facilitate effective event production.
• Analyze and interpret client requirements in alignment with contractual obligations and project timelines.
• Comanage the production, review, and launch of event exhibitor portals.
• Assist in the design process for event environments, including structures, graphics, and signage.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external production documents and data.
• Support budget management by analyzing event history, forecasting expenses, and strategizing to meet financial goals.
• Schedule and lead internal production meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
• Manage client invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
• Travel periodically to support client meetings, site surveys, and onsite event production.
• Contribute to crossdepartmental projects, initiatives, and team training programs.
