Job Summary
The Flight Operations (Flight Ops or "FO") Crew Solutions Technical Product Analyst acts as a liaison between Flight Ops Customers and Technology by leading requirement discussions, administering software testing, and providing operational support. This person will develop a thorough understanding of business procedures in one or more focused areas and helps provide solutions for operational and business needs to support the product vision. This role supports multiple Customer groups and works with Technology to facilitate the development, testing, and migration of software changes using agile product delivery.

Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of business rules and processes in one or more areas
Collaborate with Technology Partners in scaled framework process
Align with Customers on business priorities and needs
Act as subject matter expert by assisting Technology in understanding business procedures, priorities, and needs
Document and shape technical business requirements to enhance Developer understanding
Collaborate with Technology on development and execution of business test cases
Support Production migrations through defining basic functional post implementation business process validation
Provide 24/7 support of business applications and verify software errors as first line support for business Customers
Document and track new and existing application errors
Foster continuous learning mindset
Support other Analysts to grow knowledge and experience in Team processes and Technology acumen
Speaks on behalf of the business in general discussions on feature and story grooming
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of agile product delivery methodology
Skilled in intermediate application testing
Skilled in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to think strategically and possess excellent analytical skills
Ability to multitask, handle frequent interruptions, and adjust to changing priorities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, collective bargaining agreements, and government regulations
Ability to communicate in a flexible and effective manner
Ability to work with incomplete data, make informed decisions, and work on topics that are not clearly defined
Ability to learn new technology and business procedures and best practices
Ability to collect and analyze business data, share solution recommendations with Team, and collaborate on feedback to be shared with business
Ability to analyze business issues and needs and develop product requirements
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance and oversight
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
Support of business applications, platforms, customer service, and testing
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Ability to move/transport 25 lbs on an occasional basis (under 50%)
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Ability to work in an on-call environment
Extended work hours and some weekends may occasionally be required to meet project deadlines or to resolve urgent production issues
Overnight travel may be required once or twice a year
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $86,850 per year to $95,500 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
