This role provides consistent and high-quality customer service support to internal and external customers. Main Responsibilities: Process proof of deposit work through the item processing system Process and balance all branch items and transit items Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience Previous banking experience preferred
The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, strong PC skills, working knowledge of common Office applications (Word & Excel), and internet applications. A team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
