Live Chat Representative

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Duties
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issue resolution
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
• Assist in office administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate computerized systems
• Excellent typing skills
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.25 - $19.40 per hour
